Time
Board meetings once a month, ~90 minutes. Plus async work between meetings — typically 2–4 hours per month depending on the role.
Term
One-year terms, renewable. Officers (President, VP, Treasurer, Secretary) are elected at the AGM. Other roles are appointed by the board.
Pay
Volunteer roles. URLA is a community nonprofit league — board work is unpaid. Reasonable expenses are reimbursed (travel to league events, materials, etc.).
Background
No prior rugby league experience required for most roles. We need operators, organizers, marketers, finance folks, and people who care about Utah rugby.
